Within South Africa
Shipping and delivery within South Africa is free of charge. Normal shipping times between 24-72 hours within South Africa.
International Shipping
The recipient is the importer on record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country. Orders shipped outside of the South Africa may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country. The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to such import taxes, customs duties and fees, which are levied once a shipment reaches the recipient's country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by the recipient; we have no control over these charges and can't predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for more information. When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates.

Ordering
We request information from customers on our order form. Here customers must provide contact information ( name and shipping address) and financial information ( credit card number, expiration date). This information is used for billing purposes and to fill customer’s orders. If we have trouble processing an order, this contact information is used to get in touch with a customer.

Returns & Replacements
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will accept return of the goods within 7 days from the date of your receipt. We will then refund you the purchase price paid, less shipping costs and any taxes, provided the returned merchandise is in its original condition and the packing slip is included with the return.
